Hi, kids! (waves)Eventually I'll post under my real name but I'm using this one because some of you will remember it from other boards. If you don't remember my name, you should remember my signature. 
Anyway, with the exception of a caesar salad (OMG TEH HORRORZ) I ate on Friday night I've been only meat with some occasional eggs since January 3. I did this as an experiment last summer and really liked the way I felt so I'm sure this is the way to go. Like others here I'm a member of a zero carb board where I'm still active (don't worry, I'm not a spy) but many over there are a bit, shall we say, draconian so I enjoy a more relaxed atmosphere and a place where I won't be told I'm committing the sin of all time if I put some sea salt on my ribeye. Hope to enjoy the Bus ride!

If you're looking for "relaxed", you may want to venture to the back of the Bus.  We do plenty of "relaxing" back there.

OMG YOU MEAN YOU ATE A CAESAR SALAD! Now drop and give me twenty! (Our Fathers that is ;) ) How did it do for you? Any intestinal distress, weight gain, cravings? Did you eat the croutons? I would doubt you got much over 6-7g total.

Actually I've never liked croutons so that wasn't a problem. No distress or weight gain or cravings. Major garlic breath, though.
