Hopping aboard the BusI have always wanted to live in a Magic Colored Bus 
Hi, my name's Shannon...but my closest friends call me Shan.
I've been reading about the Bus Trip since December and decided it was time for me to jump on board.
I have lots of LC and VLC in my history. I came across Bear on ALC a few years back, tried it, but didn't stick with it. I've been flirting with the idea of going back to LC, VLC, or even ZC since December..but you know how life is. But since December my sister and I have both been hit with some serious medical issues (We are both very, VERY overweight) and I decided it was time to take the plunge and get serious about this healthier way of eating and weight loss.
I've been scanning ALC (I'm an old member there), LCF, zerocarbage, and the Bus for information, encouragement, ideas, etc.
I've decided I really like it here...y'all are on a great trip and your Kool-Aid seems a lot better than mine is  
That's my intro and I'm looking forward to a fun ride to health and who knows where else.

Hiya Shan, welcome to the Bus!!
I jumped on the bus 6 weeks ago and I have lost 15 pounds and 5 inches!! I'm never gettin off the bus, Dean will have to drag me kicking and screaming....and maybe some handcuffs too.

Bobi, How exciting to be here from the beginning! Everything I've read on here makes this seem like a fun and supportive place to be
I'm making tomorrow my official starting day...although I've been VLC today. I will start a journal, list my goals, etc.

Thanks Shan, I keep it simple and work my plan, no frankenfoods. Check out the February challenge here, I list what I eat daily.

Help yourself to the Kool-Aid. I think Shawn just dropped off a new batch. 
Make your way to the Ward and join the parties there as well. If you hear a faint cry from below, pay no mind. That's just AC, our very own Phantom of the Metabolic Ward. 
Oh, and watch out for paleo man... he's a wild one!
