How Many Days In A Row Can I Stick To My WOE ChallengeOK.
Here's how this Challenge is gonna work.
If ya want in... simply post a list of things you will allow yourself to eat. If you decide to add or omit things, just copy the list into a new post and add/subtract items to/from it. This is for accountability. It's so we won't start straying from our chosen diets.
So... here's my menu:
Clean cuts of animal flesh, fat, organs (nothing processed)
Eggs
Butter, cream, half & half, cheese, sour cream, cream cheese (any very low carb dairy)
Herbs, spices, salt, coconut oil/milk, mayo, sauces (as long as they are very low carb)
BBQ Sauce (only on beef ribs)
Marinade (only on chicken thighs)
Very low carb veggies, berries, lemon, lime
Water, herbal tea, coffee
Not gonna overdo any of these in any given day. Also am gonna keep my carbs low, averaging about 20g a day at most. Some days very close to zero.
Since APRIL 1, 2007 I have followed my WOE! That's 19 Days and counting. I'm gonna keep track of how many days in a row I can stay true to my WOE. I wanna see what kinda record I can set with this.
If ya wanna join me... please do. Post your list of the foods you will eat, and see how many days in a row you can stick to eating ON PLAN! It will be well worth it to do so, trust me.

Hey! Do you mind if I join you?
I'm going to start fresh tomorrow morning.
Allowed:
meat with accompanying fat(any kind including eggs, are eggs meat?)
tallow
water
tea(?) right now I'm cutting it, but might include it at a later date
minimal spices, not including salt (paprika, black pepper, garlic)
......uhm, that's it.
Since I'm cutting dairy, I'm going to have to cut the coffee

Remember, if you decide to add anything to your WOE (which I'm sure you will), just copy and paste your list into a new post, and add things to it. That will keep you ON PLAN, and away from mindless eating.
So glad you decided to join me. If you mess up, just start over... that's what I plan to do. But, right now I am planning on NOT messing up.

I DID IT! I have gone 30 Days in a row! One whole month! ON PLAN... and lovin' it!
I have figured out a great WOE for myself, and am really gettin' into it big time. I got my quality java with cream, my fatty cuts of meat, my small amounts of cheese, all my spices, coconut custard, etc., etc. I'm totally psyched! This month, that started with this super strict April Challenge, and ended with this great WOE that I am continuing to perfect, has been a wonderful experience. I am looking forward to May with hopes of getting healthier and healthier... and more and more resolved to eat for both pleasure and good health!

I'm up to 48 days! No triple digits, like jeff... but, gettin' there! NO desires to cheat. Just wanna keep gettin' more fit by exercising. That's sorta overshadowed my eating, so I don't even really think about it much.

This adherence to my diet has become so easy it's really become a joke. I don't even have any carb cravings anymore... ever!
