I'm joining the busI've lurked on these forums for a while, and I decided to finally join, and contribute
to this community.
About 1.5 years ago, I got interested in diet & health. I was vegan for about 4 months.
That was a disaster, I lost lots of weight, was hungry all the time, etc. Then I found
Wai's diet consisting of raw egg yolks, raw fish, and lots of fruit. Eventually, I replaced
all the fruit with raw meat. For the past few months, my diet has been mostly
carnivorous and raw.
I'm also interested in fitness and exercise. I do weight lifting, biking, and running.
I've done the biking and running for a long time, but I'm fairly new to weight lifting. (I've been
only doing it for the past 4 months).

Mike. You'll fit in well here. Jeff and Dean are into the weights, etc. for fitness, they're tremendously helpful.

Thanks for the greetings. I'll help with the magic bus world trip. But I have a question -
how do I measure weight-lifting in miles?
