intro...34 yo male, 5'10, 230 lbs. just starting the ZC deal today. Hoping to cut down to around 180 lbs. Last time I was at that weight it took marathon cardio/lifting sessions, but my diet was "traditional" bodybuilding style. Lotsa protein, lotsa carbs, almost no fat. This time I'm trying high fat, mod protein, very limited carbs. Exercise will mainly consist of bodyweight drills, some kettlebells, and jiu-jitsu. I'll start a journal now and see how it goes....
