And sweaty!!!  Thanks for the kind words. I guess hard work does pay off. The diet part is easy, for me anyway. But I have put in a lot of hard work with exercise.

Do you do weight-lifting at this point? You're in a prime position to get completely ripped. Do you know your BF %? It looks very low!

Completely ripped??? Wow, I have never in my life even considered that a possibilty. I really haven't done any weight-lifting at this point....I started to a couple of months ago, but didn't keep up with it. The past couple of weeks I had been thinking though, that after the half-marathon I would cut back on the cardio a little bit, and start some lifting. I was thinking cardio maybe a couple of times a week, and lifting maybe 2-3 times per week. Ripped???? Wow, that should really piss my wife off.

I lift weights twice a week. I have been for about 6 months now, although I pretty much took the month of December off.
