Today, October 21, Day 1, new WOE. 173.
Exercise - arm curls, barbells squats, recerse crunches
Food - 1 HUGE chicken breast w/rib meat.
Fluids - Lotsa water.
Made Dr's app't to get the overall physical & blood work-ups.
Note: next Thursday, 4:15pm
Banana plants loving the all the rain we're getting today!
Fertilized them yesterday, was going to catch the hibiscus, but not enough time in the day.
Cannas look good, may get one more set of blooms out of them before the cold really sets in.
Hubby had gunnery yesterday, has guard duty today...I couldn't sleep last night 'til he got home. Mama needs her sleeping pill. 
Well, off to start some supper - beef ribs (Mmm!!!)

Doing good so far today...
Black coffee for breakfast...I am contemplating a Fasting period....
My plumeria cuttings are rooting (YAY!!), 4 of the brugmansia cuttings have water roots & one of my specialty banana plants has new surface roots!!! 
Fuschia's are throwing out a few flowers for me too! :)

My yellow plumeria trees are in full bloom here in Southern California. There are some roadside pink plumeria I would love to take a piece off to root. And the hundreds of hummingbirds have been diving in and out of the angel trumpets this morning.

Hi All!!
Weight - did not weigh...I mean I weigh, but I have not weighed. :D
Ate some more of my soup this morning for breakfast - otherwise..not hungry. There is alot of fat in the soup - probably why...
Was a great school day with the kids!!
My 5th grader is AMAZING!!
Che' is a voracious learner!
The pre-schooler & 1st grader are eager also!
My 9th grader FINALLY understands variables!!!
The world is good today!!
Had 'A' cup of coffee today - not thirsty...going with my body's lead...

Do you drink decaf or hi octane coffee? I find the best tasting ones are with caffeine, but it causes muscle pain for me and my blood sugar to spike,therefore gaining weight so I'm back to decaf. but I have ordered some blueberry cheesecake flavoring and pistachio, white chocolate, and carrot cake flavoring here in Orange county to help it taste better. They are taking a long time to "make it fresh" though it should be worth it. It's carb free, sugar free.
My coffee maker is a single serve K-Cup device from bed bath and beyond.I love it.

Morning All!
I had coffee, water & a chicken leg quarter yesterday.
Hubby hogged my computer so I didn't get to post much yesterday!
Dropped by the journals & the Oct. challenge this morning.
No exercise yesterday other than an hour of gardening.
Kids were playing & just enjoying them & the sound of them laughing.
Made my day!
Today is cold water so far...

Had a good time with the kids though! :)
Did my sit-ups & reverse crunches & barbell exercises.
No weight change.

ok,Cheryl & yOu:
since we are all confessing....I had lost so much weight, and I knew you guys were in the 160's challege next month anyway, I rewarded myself with a top shelf Margarita with my BF and his 19 year old were in Dave & Busters Arcade.
Results: One of the worst Margaritas I ever had. I was screwed over. My one Margarita and it sucked.BOO,Hiss! Ate some hot wings too and had absolute cramps in the car on the way home. So, I am still NOT in the 160's today, and still in the next month 160's challenge with you guys, despite all the poohing from junk food and alcohol.
Did you eat hot dogs at a fair or movie? That's when I eat them By the way, you can have hot dogs,Its the bun that's evil....If I smell a good quality hot dog....then I just "has" to have a hot dog. Pickle relish and mayo or mustard. mmmmm The vendors do not mind serving them sans bun.

Kids are doing good in school & I have a pot roast ready for the oven & coffee for breakfast.
Can't wait 'til hubby's off this gunnery shift...he comes home at 2:30am & then I don't sleep 'til 4.

Hi All!
Hubby has been crawling through the attic hardwiring the house for internet.
I FINALLY got him off to work & got to get on here!
He about attacked me (in a good way:)) before he left, told I was looking good!
I haven't weighed, but I am down a size into my 11's!!! 
SO today has been Man Candy, coffee, water, more coffee & a chicken breast.

Very nervous,
Unable to sleep...
Shootings here in Killeen on Fort Hood, less than 2 miles from my house.
Is Surreal for the moment - that this kind of tragedy has happened this close to home.
The shooters were loose, we are across the highway from Post Housing - open gates into th ecommunity.
THe children have been restless.
My husband is on a gag order & has been goingto work in full battle gear & bulletproof Kevlar.
I have not been able to eat, food sickens me at the moment.
Very anxious, extremely focused & protective of my family...

It was my birthday yesterday!!!
I am now 43...Feeling 23!! 
(Which still makes me 7 years YOUNGER than my husband, instead of 13 years older )
I ate good for the menu options I had.
We went to a place called Carino's - I had Calamari & a salad. Mmm!!!
Weight is holding...I am having coffee this morning...

Oh yeah, the big 35. Can you feel my excitement? 
I don't usually make much of my birthday, but the milestone birthdays every five years seem to get to me. I would have liked to stay 25 forever.
Every five years I look back and wish I would have accomplished more, wish I would have lived more, wish I would have done things differently. This year I am making a promise to myself that I won't feel that way at 40...

i pretty much try to ignore my birthdays, but they don't bother me. I'll be 50 in a few months and I'm healthier and in better shape than at any other point in my adult life. And I'm pretty sure it's only going to get better. What's not to love?

Well, don't count me out, I have been told my nipples are amazing and perky...So my plaque should say perky nips award. Can my award look an Oscar Please! I'll put it above the fireplace by my surfboard.

I would pass my plaque to you, but it does have my name on it!!!
They hung a strand of pearls over my nips & I carried them across the stage, they didn't fall off...
I have been told more than once I have the chest of a 19yo girl, so you & I must have lucked out in the 'perky' Dep't!!
I only sport an A cup, but it is a 'Quality' A...

I do not win the perky nipple award..but when you are a DD..y0u rarely do...unless they are fake..which mine are not....however..it's nothing a good push-up bra cannot fix.

I think we always have some sort of grit or calcium in our kidneys. When I took xrays for 23 years, I found almost everyone's had something suspicious, even kids and people you wouldn't think. Some are permanently calcified.
It's when it gets loose and goes down the ureters that we get pain from it though.
I wish there was some magic cure. Hope you are feeling better soon. I had kidney stones 5 times. Always little painful ones. I was sure they were huge, but no. Have been lucky in the last 5 years though...none.
