Lowcarb muscle websiteThere is lowcarb muscle website that I was visiting yesterday that seemed to strongly encourage post workout carbs and basically said that the "metabolic advantage" theory/idea, that most here hold as truth (inc. me), is total bunk.
I don't know what to make of this. It seems like there are conflicting studies on every facet of even lowcarb nutrition. It's all so confusing!
Thoughts on the subject?
