Me- Lets call this starting ZC/CarnivoreBeen on and off, mostly vlc for 2 years, and low carb for like 3ish, However I will really start to see results on ZC or less than 20, I know it as my body changes when I stick with it, so here is me now, not happy but not too bad
I'd say for me about 15 or 20 more pounds till I'm satisfied

You sure don't have to worry about weight loss. Just being healthy. And, mental health is the best.
