Mexican Pot RoastPut a 3-4 pound roast in your crockpot.
Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon onion powder.
Pour about a cup (to taste) of your favorite salsa over it.
Put the lid on.
Cook on low for 8-9 hours.
Serve with lc tortilla chips, lc tortillas, sour cream, cheese, etc....very yummy all by itself!!!
