New Beginnings...Hi All!!
After over a year on the generalized LC wagon & falling off & on again -
I have decided that I need a stricter, finite course of dietary means.
What brings me to this point is listening to my husband tell me, as nicely as he could & as I asked him to, to tell me when I was putting on weight...
I asked him if I was getting fat & he said, "No, but you are approaching unshorn sheep stage." 
He said he noticed when I put on the costume he made me for an upcoming party, that I still look good in a short skirt & midriff show, but that I was beginning to dimple in the thighs. 
So here I am...
I have done VLC and been successful before(2001)& was a lean, sexy 147.
I still have those size 7 jeans - and know my body has significantly changed...
A new(er) husband & married to the Military, plus 2 more children...
Necessary abdominal surgery & 3 bouts with kidney stones...
8 years later - I find myself near 175.
This is Unacceptable to me.
I feel I can reasonably obtain & maintain 155.
I can be in control - strict, dietary control.
I have a best friend who is dedicated to exercise & hardlining the dietary WOE with me.
Here's to new beginnings....

 Is Me...
Gotta get this FLUFFY crap under control...
Had 1 (HUGE) chicken breast w/rib meat.
Is raining here, so indoor exercise - reverse crunches, arm curls & barbell squats.
Reading up on alot of posts/threads - so if I'm not posting alot...
Just stop in here & let me know... :)
