New Here from FloridaHello all..I am new here as of yesterday and wanted to introduce myself. I am 37 years old (although creeping on 38 pretty quick) and am very new to the paleo diet but liked the closeness of this forum as a support to get there (I am not 100% there as yet).
I was reading through your challenges and although I liked but am late for April I think the May one may just be a little too tight for me right now. I am running closer to 20g Carbs / day and that is a challenge. I do cook for my home and in order to at least have everyone else eating close to the way I do I need to make it as appetizing as possible for the others.
I have started to have raw egg every day and also all of the meat I eat is extremely rare. I keep my fat calories about 75% all from animal fats, butter and heavy cream (can't give up the cream yet as I just started moving in that direction a few weeks ago).
Anyway, not to get off on a huge diatribe, I just wanted to say hello and I look forward to getting to know the rest of you better.

Glad you climbed aboard.
Carnivore eating is hard at first, but, if you stay committed, you can find ways to make it work for you. In the long run, it's very worth it, trust me. 
Help yourself to some Kool-Aid. Shawn just dropped off a fresh batch.
