Hi Dean,

I checked out the link to the Sally Fallon cookbook that you posted and found that I could download a sample "Snacks" chapter of the book.  I liked the extra information at the beginning of the chapter and along the side of the recipes.  Are all the chapters like that?

Yes. I have the book. Lots of great introductory info for each chapter and lots of great sidebar info in every chapter as well. It's not a carnivore book but it's fairly carnivore friendly.

I have the book, too. The first 60 pages are wonderful. I have enormous respect for Sally Fallon. Cool
