Odille's (somehwat patchy) exercise log

I thiunk an exercise log is a great idea. I've been a bit patchy lately but am trying to turn over a new leaf starting today. Got up nice and early and was at the gym at opening time of 5.30am. I decided the only way to do it is to keep my morning schedule just as if I was going to work - gym, breakfast, job (look for jobs at the moment!).
Today - rower - 10 mins - 1.2 kms
bike - 10 mins - 3 kms
Chest press - setting 3 (not sure how much weight in each flat plate) 2 x 12; leg press - setting 7 - 1 x 15, setting 8 - 1 x 15; lat pulldown - setting 3 2 x 15; seated row - setting 6 - 1 x 12; setting 7 - 1 x 12.
And some floor exercises, ball crunches and squats and stretching.
1 hour in total.
My gym now have 3 yoga sessions I can go to - I missed one yesterday but they are Mon, Wed, Fri which suits beautifully as I do the weights on Tues, Thurs & Sat. I won't always manage Wednesday because it is at 6.30 pm, but the other 2 will be regular from now on.

Today a 5km walk, 1 hour. And 15 mins of exercises with hand weights (2 kg) and ankle weights (1kg).
I've made a workout bench by covering a long, low coffee table with a mat and blanket. This morning I am stretched out on my back doing my stuff and suddenly, there is a bang on my stomach and 15 lbs of marmie cat lands there. After I stopped laughing I pushed him off . . .

Last might my left ankle started playing up (it does this ever since the accident, it has ligament damage) so I'm going to try the yoag calss - haven't been to that one before. It is 90 mins so should be some type of workout. If it feels Ok afterwards I'll do some weights.

Have done nothing for 2 days except the shopping on Thursday (does that count as exercise, do you think?). My ankle is still playing up but I am going to the gym today to do as much as I can. Report back later (it is 6.23 am here).

Ok, today I did 10 mins each on treadmill and bike, 1 & 2.2 kms respectively.
Then the same weights workout as last Tuesday.
My ankle was fine for all this and when I got home and stepped out of the car it froze. Stupid thing!

Sorry about your ankle. Hope it's better soon. Do what you can, when you can.
