Prove it to yourself - 30 day 'CHEAT FREE' challenge

Seeing as how a few of us seem to be really struggling lately, I thought we could all use some ass kicking err...support!! Whipit

So here is the challenge - commit to 30 days of STRICT adherence to your plan (whatever that may be). Whether you just want to go alcohol free or reign in your leniency - put it out on the line and let's help each other do it.

No need to post menu's in here (as most of us are doing that elsewhere anyway) just come and claim another day down in your 30 day challenge. If you falter - no problem, start again...no giving up!! Better yet, if you're about to falter or are facing cravings/challenges, come here for some tough love Hammer and get back on track.  

I hope you'll join me!

I'll be starting the challenge tomorrow.
No cheating for me will consist of only eating meat, seafood, butter, mayo, AND keeping calories under 1500. The biggest challenges will be calories and CHEESE!

I'm in. Carnivore all the way which includes dairy, eggs, meat, fish and chicken PLUS coffee.

I saw this thread and thought, I don't know if I could do that... Then I thought, that's exactly why I need this.

I'm in, starting today.  Instead of typing a big list, I'm going to stick to - no junk.  I'll know if I cheat.

I am reluctant but I'll give it a try...

30 days of no alcohol and I am going to start crunches...don't care if it's only 10 a day...I am going to TRY and do em even though I HATE them.

The alcohol..that's been a really tough one...hanging out with people from work is hard..they all drink..a LOT...and they like to come over.

I am fine with how I eat.

Let's see, I have absolutely no vices or temptations. I hate cigarettes. I hate alcohol. I hate rice crispy squares. I haven't met a man I care to spend time with. So I can't give those up.  Angel

You'd think I have no trouble sticking to plan since I have no vices  Grin

Coconut diet.
I've never been consistent with coconut products to see if they really make you immortal and horny (ok just horny is fine for me).
So I'm going to eat coconut oil/cream in larger quantities daily for 30 days.

I got something for you guys....
if you can find either lamb breast or veal breast on sale, buy some.
i find that those two really fatty meats tend to keep me satiated and quiet for hours and hours and it's not that expensive....

they're both real tasty and kill any hunger.

After reading this again, I can't remember if I'm on day 4 or day 5.  I thought today was day 4, but maybe I've actually made it 5 days?!  Whatever, I'm still doing good. Happy

I am adding something to this challenge for myself.  Since I have been put on Days at work now (and if you all have not heard me complain about this enough..here goes...IT BITES ASS)..

So my new challenge is to exercise after work on days that I work...at least 2 days a week...it can be weight lifting, push-ups, or a bike ride.  I will still be riding on my days off of course. I figure this is a good way to ease into Winter..and some sort of exercise routine...we'll see how I do after work today.

I still like my shiny shiny BIG gold star. Grin ...and the little nipple sized one too..thanks girls..
