Seafood StewOkay, just came up with this... we have a ton of frozen meat in the freezer, it's 8 degrees below zero (!) and husband forgot to buy extra eggs when we went shoppinging last week, thus i'm out as of this morning.
I took some frozen chicken stock/broth I had (made from the whole chicken carcass and boiled for @ 24 hours) and simmered on the stove. I added some frozen shrimp & frozen scallops I had. You could pretty much use most meats you have, or leftovers in the fridge.
That is all I did, it is really good!
Of course you can also add veggies and heavy cream if you wish.
