I tried this and I crashed and burned.  When I started it, I had about 60 lbs to lose.  I did not realize until after I had failed that the diet was not designed for someone that had a lot of weight to lose.  Once I am close to goal, I may try it again if I am stalled.  Thanks for the reminder.  I have tried so may things, I lose track.
