Time To Get SeriousIt's way past time that I start taking better care of me. Yesterday I drank too much, ate too much, too much sugar. And I'm paying the price. I feel like crap. Enough already. Starting today, I'm taking care of ME! And I'll start with my eating.
NO CARBS! They are evil. They make my joints hurt. Inflame my sinuses. Give me asthma. Play havoc with my emotions. Make me fat. Zap my energy. Give me bad skin. Mess up the GI tract.
Now....remind me of this if I get stupid, please. I'm really good at taking care of others and today I began taking care of me just as well. I'm worth it!

Suzanne part of the reason why I developed into a non-drinker was my feer of being out-of-control.
Because I'm so out of control with everything else.
I need abstinence, not moderation.

Hmmm...I've never had a problem with alcohol. But anyway, I did good yesterday! Yay me!
Thanks Susanne for you help last night. She talked me down before I jumped off the ledge into the cookies!
