I walked to the liquor store and back, does that count? And then walked over to and back (slightly inebriated) from the bar in high heels, that was a workout! Yup

I have been walking like crazy lately. I have been walking everywhere, even using walking the dog as an excuse. The zero carb, excess energy link slipped my mind. I have been running on the treadmill too but only in 1 mile bursts.

I have no idea how far I have traveled.
