Woke up next to man from Senegal..he speaks fluent French...such a beautiful man. 6 pack abs..not an oz of fat on his body..he used to be a soccer player....and boy can he kiss..among other things..
Will definitely see that piece of man candy again...
Looks like I weigh 176 now..
have not been eating..but I have been drinking a lot of wine..I need to mellow out after work alone tonight...I need some rest..all this man candy is wearing me out.

He has very very very nice nipples..and a hairless chest..which I happen to prefer...actually his whole body is almost completely hairless. And his chocolate skin is so beautiful. Interesting man indeed...hope to have him in my life for the winter at least..we'll see how it goes. It's up to him to call me..I told him that.
He's not weirded out by my eating habits either..his religion doesn't allow him to eat certain things...and he fasts..which is cool.

So..work called me in..someone is sick. Have to postpone dinner until Thursday..but this way I can "make it up to him"....and more...I apologized profusely and whispered nasty things in his ear this morning.. I picked up a lamb roast at Costco..he'll like that indeed!
Bought a new winter coat this morning..a womens XL..Had to give away my old coat because I was swimming in it. It was a mens XXL..geezus..I actually fit into it at one time!!
175 this morning. Don't have time to eat..my shift begins soon..will bring some sort of food to work I suppose..and eat chicken after work..not hungry anyway..

It's beautiful out....Think I will ride my bike to the mall for some shopping therapy...I need shirts that fit..and bras and such. A few light weight jackets to wear while I am at work..I stand by an automatic door.
Still 175...and quite happy about that.
I have way too much food in my frig..I need to unload some of it on a friend I think..I am just not into eating much. I may resort to eating some butter for pure caloric value...
I have not been eating fruits or vegetables much at all..and very few walnuts...except for the tiny bit of eggplant and summer squash in my "lasagna" which is almost all sausage and cheeses and egg...Winter is coming on..it feels right not to.

Got tired of waiting for the 32 year old to call last night (we were suppose to meet up and he was going to show me how to do some music stuff on my computer)...so a friend called and we got all dolled up and went to go hear a band at a bar. Sexy stockings and heels..on a bar stool gets y0u free drinks all night long...I actually feel ok considering I really didn't eat anything besides cookies and peanut brittle and zucchini bread with cheese yesterday.
Still weigh 175..but if I would like to weigh less soon I sort of need to get back on plan and bust out some exercise and better eating habits...and perhaps not drink for a few weeks..
Creepy Seattle man called last night while I was out. I never responded to any of his bizarre letters or calls..I thought he would have gotten the point. He professed his "love" for me on the message..He needs to go away. I may just have to have a man friend call him and tell him to leave me alone.

Ok..been having an awful lot of fun the past few weeks...but I need to refocus on my eating and drinking and exercise and keep on the right path. I still would like to lose 20 pounds or more.
Bike ride was good yesterday..and I really need to go on one today..maybe at noon when it warms up a bit..it's so cold out.
I was lonely last night and sad...so I drank a bottle of wine...by myself..I really shouldn't do that...Maybe man candy will come over tonight and keep me warm...I sure hope so.

Thanks. Yeah, I know I need to have more fun. Fun seems to be a bit elusive lately. Not quite sure how to go about it.

Woke up to two messages from man candy on my machine...apparently he was downstairs last night at the intercom system trying to visit me but I was asleep passed out after a few glasses of wine...feeling sorry for myself..hahaha...oh well..at least he's still interested...now I'm all giddy like a skool girl again.
I think I will hand cuff him to my couch and make him a salmon dinner and make him beg for things...that sounds fun.... Have tomorrow off..perhaps he is free then...
New cash register system went in last night...today will be hell at work..actually the next 2 weeks will be hell....So I had better find some good stress relief...and I know just the thing...
