i have failed miserably at trying to stay on program for february.
therefore, i'm bowing out of the daily competition.
will still be here, but not in this month.
for some reason, january was much easier than february.

LOL, thanks Bobi.

After writing that I ended up eating though. Had some left over scraps of NY strips and a little bit of chuck eye steak (very yummy) I don't think I ate much at all. I made my family leave what was left of their strips around the bone that they couldn't cut around for me. Couldn't have been more than about 3-4 oz. But I'm definitely done for the night. I really want to go to sleep. LOL

I'm still here and mostly on track - but have been having little bits of cheese here and there so I'm not logging on those days. Dairy is tough to ditch!

Haven't been here posting all week.

On and off plan. Just thankful there are no whips and chains here.

Oops forgot.  Whipit

Went hunting yesterday and scored big.

10 pounds 80/20 hamburger for 1.68 per lb. Going to buy another 10 lbs today.

Ribeyes in cryovac for 3.99 lb. Had them cut into 1 inch steaks. They are huge and I may not be able to eat a whole one at a time. The very nicest thing about them is that all of the fat is on.  LOL

OMG I can't believe I ate the whole thing.

The ribeyes I bought weighed over 16 lbs and there are 10 steaks and I just finished eating one.

I have some fat left (not very much) and a bone with not a lot left on it for Sadie my dog.

I feel so decadent. I have grease all over my face, gotta go wash up now.

Yum.

And a glass of red wine.

DAY 24

Swine Eating Hole Feeds:

10 oz Pork/Beef Crockpot Meatloaf
6 slices bacon
1 oz cheddar cheese
1 oz heavy cream

Calories 1,331, carbs 2.8(woah!) , carbs 1%, fat 77%, protein 22%

I made a 4 # meatloaf....It's walking on it's own now.....I'm skeered... Shock
