The hardest part for me in this Challenge was to remember to come back here to post what I ate. As the numbers dwindled, so did the email posts in my Inbox. 
Anyway, that's the way I eat all the time, and have been for over 4 years.

In celebration of the completion of the March Challenge, I am going to indulge in a plate of marinated mushrooms, marinated roast garlic red peppers, olives and chili peppers!!!!
