The MGD 64 is the lowest carb beer there is, to the best of my knowledge.  2.4g per 12 ounces.  Only 64 calories, too, but I really don't care about that.  LOL

Made by yours truly!

I take about a half dozen mint leaves, freshly plucked from my mint garden, 1/4 of a lime cut into 4 chunks, a teaspoon of splenda, and mash them all together with a blunt instrument.  Add as much Rum as you like and fill the remainder of the glass with club soda.   Toast

I did try it without the spenda, but it just didn't cut it.

Day 6

Food
Big honkin fatty ass new york strip
apple, walnut, bacon, lettuce salad with dressing
coffee with half and half
bottle of chardonnay  Heart

I only ate one meal today...drank my dinner. Bonkers

Exercise, weight training, push-ups, crunches.

My scale was kind to me this week..I lost 2 pounds.  (I only weigh once a week)..I feel blessed..very very blessed.  Losing weight has been very difficult for me.  My adding a few veggies and fruits and nuts seems to have broken my long stall.  I hope I don't offend anyone here by eating them..as I fully support whatever eating plan anyone else wishes to follow.

Food

4 oz pork roast
iced coffee with half and half
hand full of berries

Exercise, nope..just worked.

I didn't really eat  much today except for the iced coffee and pork and berries...not hungry and I'm not going to worry about it...I even brought pemmican to work but never got hungry.

I usually crave carby things like pasta or baked goods after drinking wine..not a single craving today..and no appetite..I had to force myself to eat the pork before work.

Cravings in general..sometimes I crave alcohol..and I give into it once a month...but that's about it...my other cravings are for meat. Grin

coffee, decaf, water
one prime rib or T-bone or inbetween <g> (I buy a string of cow's back and the butcher cuts it up for me so I go get steaks once a week. It's a good price, but still expensive because I ate so much of it, so I'm chanigng that now)
some meat off the leg of a lamb - couldn't resist at the wholesaler's - like Sam's club. Did not really like it, maybe because it was well done, but it did make me full.
The scale seems to like it.
