hi guys, sorry, I keep forgetting to come by here! Hope you're all doing fine?
I've stuck to my new habit of a T-bone or prime rib in the morning and some pork ribs at night. Sometimes I alternate the steak with chicken legs - drumsticks - but I like the steak better!
Have gone off coffee two weeks ago now, hoping to lose some more weight a bit quicker!
Will try and remember to come by more often! _________________ Willeke |

Nice to see you again Willeke and good to hear that you are maintaining your success. I am not experiencing carb creep, I'm experiencing coffee creep Need to keep my coffee in check. Back down to 2 or 3 cups a day. _________________ Carnivore (Jun 12/09) 227/196.2/137 Max. wt: 247 (Jul-08)

I agree. And when I'm skinny, I'm having banana tart with caramel or chocolate for my reward. Can't wait. No loss today, still stalled from Shabbat's wine and challah. But by tomorrow I will be losing again.
Day29
Corned beef
chicken
coffee/hc
tea _________________ http://www.fitday.com/fitness/Pub...urnals.html?Owner=surfergirlpuppy

Last day of the month...
Daily averages for August were...
Calories 1,593
fat 118.7 gr, 67%
carbs 23.5 gr, 6%
protein 104.9, 28%
10 pounds lost, 2 or 3 inches gone from my middle.
..rode my bike a boatload..still no crunches..just cannot seem to do them...all in all a great month. Probably imbibed in alcohol more than I should have...
I would like to see the 170's in September.
Food
beef
chicken
walnut fruit tart
iced coffee with half and half
Exercise, 25 mile bike ride, not very many push-ups, half assed weight lifting...very busy today canning stuff from the garden...and have to go to work as well. _________________ Flap-a-doodle-kick-a-poodle-kitty-kitty-cow-cow ~ Fat Freddy's Cat |
