I think I missed a few days...I've been eating salmon and hamburger and steak and wings...and very small amounts of olives and maybe a vegetable or two..and coffee with cream or half and half.

And I've been riding something besides my bike lately..a LOT. Devil

I am happy...but still getting to know him.  He showed up at 2 am drunk last night..I tucked him into my bed and I slept on the couch with my cat....oh well..he's just human..

I have been at 177 for a few days due to all the wine I had been drinking..and lack of biking.  But I am back on track now..did a 20 mile ride this morning (in the rain)..and lifted weights.  I am not drinking for 2 weeks at least.

Day 17

steak
coffee and half and half

exercise, 20 mile ride, weight training.

Umm...missed more days..but I've just been eating steak or chicken, cheese, coffee..and the occasional tomato or olive..maybe a cucumber in there somewhere.

Exercise, 30 mile bike ride..walk. (rode 20 miles yesterday as well and lifted weights)

i had booze 2x i think, and no ice cream at all this month!

I have been on the straight and narrow with nary a craving.

So I've been a very good girl  Angel

Menu today: eggs, headcheese, pork ribs, coffee, cream

and I've dropped a pound because I was so good  Grin

We need to keep this place going because it's free and open and we can say whatever we want.

Plus we can have "man candy" if we want  Wow

I'm in for the November Challenge.
I've only been here a few days & enjoy the small group & accountability(AND Man Candy LOL )

Just 2 cups of coffee & a plain 2 egg omelette.
Guts are gurgly today...

Day 26

Food

1/2 a chicken
salmon
coffee with half and half

Exercise...work.

Yeah um...I pretty much weigh 180 today..not real happy about it...

I need a kick in the pants...I have not been exercising..boozing it up a LOT...and just generally having a really good time..I need to find a happy medium..I don't think the 180 will stick..I am probably really more like 177-178..but it's still dismaying...and certainly not 175.
