I usually eat only 2 meals per day.  I'm sure it doesn't qualify as IF, but it works well for me.  Sometimes I'll eat breakfast then not again until dinner time.  Other days I'll skip breakfast, but then have lunch and dinner.  I feel like I still get a lot of the benefits of not eating so often.  I just sort of go with the flow.  I eat when I feel like eating.

Yah, but, in that case it wouldn't be Intermittent Fasting... it'd be Intermittent... well, I think you know the rest. Devil

Don't feel rejected pretty kitty, you just want them around for the fun, not their problems. Problematic creatures they are. And they never shut up. Very needy. The Man in the Sky just gives us that lonely feeling when they aren't around so we will be more willing to put up with them. It's all a plan to continue survival. Buy yourself a nice new perfume or beauty item. yOu deserve it for being nice to them!

It passes without wine, tho wine is a great anesthetic. I have found replacements of a different male work remarkably well, and slow cooked meats & classical music too.SmileyCentral.com

Katie: I just want to say hooray! and that you are not far from your goal! And it's getting easier for you. The weight seems to be falling off of you!
I'm inspired...so..

I am going to try and IF today. I will put some beef and spices in the crock pot for tonight. Just iced tea/coffee til then. I want to get down into the 160's by this weekend. My goal is within reach also.

Man Candy left two messages on my machine last night while I was asleep..he wanted to come visit...crisis is over...

Day 14

Food
pork chops
cheese
coffee with half and half

Exercise, 20 mile bike ride and weight lifting...damn my pecs hurt from Mondays work out..but I will do it again today..wrist is a bit sore too.

There you go. That's what I wanted. Competition and yOu back on task.

Reality is that I failed at IF today and had a chicken/cheese snack when I was supposed to wait for dinner. Further, they served beans and cheese accidentally when I ordered it without it, and I scraped the cheese off and, to my dismay, ate a small amount of re-fried bean material that was stuck to it thus probably turning myself into a big puffy frog tomorrow morning. I already feel my feet swell. SmileyCentral.com

The fish will most likely swim backwards. I will be again IF-ing tomorrow. Intent is the same, 160's is what I'm looking at asap.

Food day 14:

chicken
cheese
steak with Indian spices
