Hey Jeff- I am still working out, too. I just quit tracking the distance here. I'll just catch up by posting an estimate for March now.

3 hours weight training 19.2k and 3 HIIT sessions 4.8k =
24k X 5 weeks=120 (probably a bit more, but wanted to estimate using my weekly minimums for training)

3 hours lifting weights= 19.2k
3 sessions HIIT= 6k (note-I increased the milage since they had gotten easier Happy

)

I have been walking outside Sunny

as well at the trail, but am not sure of the milage. aproximately 10k (5k each time)
