Morning warm up... I just noticed the patron in the background.
Success...
No pictures of me at the after party.  Probably a good thing from what "they" tell me....
But I never lost or broke my tiara the entire weekend!

People kept asking what the occasion was and my daughter was telling them that we always dress like that. It was too funny. I also had purple pompoms that I ran with but they aren't in the pictures.
And the skort I wore because I couldn't find any running shorts that fit me, those are my daughters. But they were just too cute....
Long term zero carb.... and you know I still get a hard time from my sister and friends about zero carb not being healthy. What more evidence do I need?

My brother's company nurse has been saying for years after seeing his lipid results that he must be an "anomaly" because no one who eats the way he does could possibly have such great outcomes Instead of questioning her views?
