Its tough done here 80 degrees and all not rubbing it in though Excellent

My son is 10 and he can stay ahead of me for about a mile now but he is not far behind and runs the whole way. His 8 year old brother ran 2 miles with me out of sheer determination.

back on i do not know why I torture myself, habit i guess. Also very busy with my kids and coaching little league, martial arts work, working out etc.
