Hi Heather!

I hope you had a nice New Years, sweetie!!! :)

I was wondering what type/brand/etc of treadmill that you have? I'm in the market for one.

Thank you! (((((((((((((hugs))))))))))))))))) Jessica

Wow, thanks for stopping by everyone! Big Hug

I survived the holidaze. I gained 2 lbs over Christmas but haven't weighed myself for a few days now so I'm not sure where I am now. I only drank the Baileys and butterscotch something on boxing day. No other cheats!

New beginnings in the new year! Heart

Gosh Jessica, I have no idea of the model number. I did get one with a long track. I bought it at Sears, I don't think they sell the same models/brand in the US. I think most any higher end treadmill will work well. Dunno

My weight is 65-66 kg, not much movement.

Stress is stretching me emotionally.

Food choices are okay.

Exercise is slow, which reminds me, I have to shovel my sidewalks... Joy!

Lonely... LOL

My weight has been at 63-64 kgs lately. I guess I am still losing ever so slightly/slowly.

My "diet" has been good, although I did eat a single broccoli piece on Sunday and 2 strawberries today. I guess I better watch those slippery slopes. I started my new job today and I was nervous as hell. Darn stress makes me eat too much to stuff my feelings. I am much more aware of when and why I overeat but it still happens.

Don't let stress let you make bad food choices...It will just make you MORE stressed out.  You'll get the hang of your new job soon.

And yah..my scale jumped under me.  I'll try not to let that happen again..not till next Monday anyway. Yup

I'm a skiing instructor. It's the best job ever but ends when the snow melts. Sad Do you know what snow is, Rich? LOL Do any running on the beach lately? Not that I'm envious or anything....

But it is nice to be active, outside and get paid for it.

Now that I have started working and have a routine, met everyone, I feel much less nervous/anxious, my diet/OE has settled down too.

True.  When my daughter was 3, we went to Panama City Beach.  The first time we walked down to the beach, she sees the sand and says "wow, snow!!!".  It was 80 degrees.  LOL

My weight is fluctuating between 61-62 kgs.... I feel good, I've never been this weight before, well maybe when I was 13. I guess I'm still losing slowly.

Darn anxiety is still bugging me. If it's not one thing it's another. I really wish I could find a way to live and deal with it rationally. I always feel like I'm fighting/forcing myself to get through it. Or hide it like a good perfectionist....

Half marathon training starts tomorrow.

Britney concert tomorrow too, Pussycat Dolls opening, can't get much better than that. And I have floor tickets. Happy http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EjT6uVJbSdg

I better get to bed tonight.

The concert should be fun.  I just got tickets for my daughter to see the Jonas Bothers in July.  It's a week before here birthday, so it's perfect.

Good luck with the half marathon training.  We can compare notes.  LOL

Heather, how awesome! I love a lot of Britney's songs. I keep getting Womanizer stuck in my head, it's addicting. :)

Your picture turned out cool! And the Pussy Cat Dolls? Ihave their music, too. How fun.

I remember going out with one of my guy friends when I was single, and we went to see Toad the Wet Sprocket. Hootie and the Blowfish opened. It was at a place called "the rave" in Milwaukee. I couldn't see a thing, it was all on the floor. My guy friend was tall. It still was fun.

Hugs, Jessica

Heather-  So how was the music at the concert?  Did it live up to what you expected?  I know the concert I went to for some small bands this year was so loud, and I couldn't really hear their singing over some of the instruments... fun, but not as great as I had hoped.

Not good, so far. LOL This week will be better. I promise!

Just saw this quote, need to post it: Bill Cosby - "I don't know the key to success, but the key to failure is trying to please everybody."

Actually, just remembered I had an accident with my toe. I don't exactly know what happened or how it happened but I think it may be broken or seriously sprained. Training might have to wait for a while. Roll Eyes I know, I know, excuses but it is quite painful to walk. Sitting here typing doesn't bother me much..... Yup Let me upload a pic, it's really interesting....... LOL

Yah I guess I never noticed the color of my nails because I see it everyday, isn't blue normal? I love the bright colors, it's not like anybody sees them though, I wear socks all the time.

Toe porn, my naked, blue toes are on the net now.

Don't you hate it when you move the couch and have company and being shocked at what is underneath. Gotta take care of these things ahead of time. LOL

Having 3 kids of my own, I can relate.  I am amazed at the things I find under the couch whenever it gets moved.  Bonkers

Hmmmm....... Confused   I'm afraid I can't be much help with this one.  I'd say just stay off it as much as you can until it feels better.

Damn, I need my toe back in working order. I have new shoes that need to be broken in. I had the red pair before but since they were so awesome I ordered the black pair and I received them yesterday. 4.5" heels, so beautiful, gosh, makes me want to cry just looking at them. Cry

The arnica gel would have fixed it by now.

I have to be in class in less than an hour and I'm still at home on my computer, LOL sorry I can't reply now, I will get back to you later. Yup
And my point was that it takes me an hour to get there and I was very late.... But I'm back on the computer now for a few minutes, I have a soccer parent meeting or some such thing to be at in less than a hour. LOL

I was thinking a shot or two of something good would help but I think that's what got me in this mess. I was just searching the internet to find out what I was drinking that night. Something in a crystal skull, something in a red gun shaped bottle, cabo wabo, patron, remy martin xiii, glen fiddich, cointreau, kinda gets blurry at this point. Liquor tasting = liquor mixing = too many shots = feeling no pain = sore toe. Confused
