Things are going well right now. I am loving  my IF routine. I have been using a daily window of about 3 hours. This allows for my evening meal and a lttle extra if I want something in the evening. If I need to for social reasons, then I lengthen the window to 5 hours. (about once a week)
My weight losses have been nice and steady... no bouncing numbers on the scale. What really gets me jazzed  is the extra energy and my high moods. I feel like the energizer bunny in the gym. I have to make myself stop when the time is up. I can relate to what the other Heather has been saying about bouncing off the walls.
BTW, I am also happy to report that after that awful leg soreness, I did not have that happen again with any of my other weight training sessions. I was so glad the legs adapted to the routine again quickly. I didn't want to go through more days of DOMS torture.

I am still using IF, and experimenting with some longer fasts. It is enlightening to seperate myself from all the grazing going on around me.
Was having a hard time not noticing the muscled guy lifting next to me at the gym, and thought of this song. I wouldn't do anything about it, but it was a great view.

Hi Heather,
Thanks for stopping by my journal. Today I confirmed that I it is very unlikely that I had induction flu. I talked to about 5 people of staff who have been battling a lingering real flu for days. I think it is finally passing for me, I was able to eat a lot more tonight.

Pooti- We might be a little too x-rated to be the Partridge family. I don't think anyone will admit to being Danny, but who knows.
Heather- I am happy with my progress in 2008. I didn't make it all the way to my weight goal (17 pounds away), but it seems to be getting much rougher to drop anything now. I am just going to focus on doing my training and eating on plan(LC-IF), and let my body do what it needs to at it's own pace. I feel very healthy and energetic, so I shouldn't complain. I will just keep on doin my thing in 2009, and let the progress happen at it's own pace. |
