Yes, I am glad I ditched a lot of the dairy, and especially the salty processed meat/cheese. I think I will start to see the swelling at my waist go down. That I really look forward to. I know from experience that keeping dairy out of my diet always leads to thin waist, low body fat, low weight. Hey, the stockholders had their vote. They even changed the name of the company! So, I'll tell it like it is.
