Yes, lets!
My 4 week trial is up, and I'm glad to report I'm feeling perky  and I'm down steadily over the timeframe; finally broken my slacker LC "stall", and the focus has been getting tighter and tighter on clean carnivorous eating dressed with some eggs and veg and fish (hey, it works for me) good oils, mostly nut.
Feeling good~well, better!

Actually, I was 31 for 31 in July, but got all tangled up in job hunting/doing (part time on call...yada yada yada).
Everyone on vacatin? Metabolic Ward is deserted...unless you're all under the seats on the bus?

I don't have any idea for any new challenges at the moment either. Well, I do have some ideas.....but they're not really diet related.
