Great job Surfergirl!!!!!!
I think I lost 4 or 5 pounds in September...I am really bad about putting my weight down in here..so I will try and do that...last record I can see is on August 24th I was 185...and the end of July I was 195.....same measurements as last month...
bust 40
waist 35
hips 40
Yep..I still look like a boy with boobs stuck on me...the "middle" fat is the last to go..
For the record..I am starting out October at 179
Day 30
Food
eggs and sausage and sausage grease
chicken
oyster mushrooms in grass fed butter
coffee with half and half
walnut fruit tart
mozzarella
Exercise, 50 crunches, 20 squats. It's raining and I am still not better...so no riding yet. _________________ Flap-a-doodle-kick-a-poodle-kitty-kitty-cow-cow ~ Fat Freddy's Cat |
