Lynne,
Spectacular! I love your new tummy and new neckline. I just had my lips injected again with Juvederm and just started Re-nova again and remember why I loved it so much. My doctor has told me to wear sunscreen from now on.
I really love your new look, it turned out so well!

Yes, I can't believe I used to trim and throw away the fat. What a waste. I was so brainwashed.
I have a friend who's Dr. put her on a low fat diet. She has all kinds of health problems now. Her Dr. is now asking her to add some fat to her diet. Maybe he is finding out the truth.
My BF had lunch with a client physician yesterday, and the BF had to brag about how healthy and wonderful I'm feeling, and the weight I lost, and how great I look after doing the zero carb diet. The Dr. told him to get me to go off of it immediately, as he was shoving bread and potatoes in his mouth.
Like I would listen to him.
I was married to a cardiologist for years that "ate right" with eating carbs. He is still overweight, skin aging, unhealthy, and his new wife eats the same way and has become disabled, her joints and knees are so painful now. She is younger than Lynne but looks 20 years older than Lynne.
I am so glad he doesn't tell me what to do/eat anymore. I look like I did when I was 20 again. He swore you have to at least have good carbs, and that your body and brain need to run off carbs. No carbs to me are good. I do not respond well to them. I have a much cleaner burning machine. _________________ http://www.fitday.com/fitness/Pub...urnals.html?Owner=surfergirlpuppy

it's truly amazing how much our bodies heal on the ZC regimen.
i have so many ailments that have healed or dissipated.
the biggest one being arthritis.
the second biggest one was my gums healing and not having to have oral surgery... bone grafts, new posts, new crowns $$$$$$.
my kids and close friends (well, some of them. the rest of them are jealous) tell me that i look like my age is regressing.. i am looking younger and younger with each month that goes by.
hell, i look younger than all my friends!
it's absolutely wonderful, yet sad that i didn't find this WOE out years ago!!!! _________________ "Failure is an opportunity to start again more intelligently." |

Lynne: YOU ARE AGING IN REVERSE! Can I get a little advice? Your hair and skin are wonderful! I love your photos.
My BF was looking like he had dry skin and hair as a vegetarian, and now he is getting shinier hair, skin is plumping, and he feels great. He is finally getting the B vitamins he was missing for so many years.
It looks like he will need less Botox, restylane and juviderm next time from our plastic surgeon. As a vegetarian, he needed his liquid facelift touch ups every few to 6 months or so. The change in the quality of his hair and skin is good already. Friends last night commented on how well he looked.
Before eating meat 2 weeks ago, he asked me to call the Dr. for a touch up, but now we are thinking "not yet". His mood has been lifted, (B vitamins, not feeling hungry) he no longer feels bloated every day like on the vegetarian diet, those ugly carb-lovehandles are almost gone. He misses his popcorn most, but has been so happy with the results, he is staying away from it. Any advice for him? Since you are getting younger, I would like to instill some of your tips in him.
