mmmmmm, i haven't had meatballs in a long ass time...
how'd you make yours surfergirl?
I make mine with fatty hamburger, dry herbs and minced dry onion. I cook them in butter. i try to make enough for a few days, but I didn't this time. If i put sage in them, it makes it makes them taste like sausage I am open to a another recipe...getting tired of this one. _________________ http://www.fitday.com/fitness/Pub...urnals.html?Owner=surfergirlpuppy

i was asking if there were no eggs in surfergirl's meatballs.
i'm thinking a dollop of sofrito (which is wet) in my meatballs, but will need a binder because of the wetness...

Day 31
Food
pumpkin seeds roasted in bacon fat with chili powder
salmon and mayo
coffee and half and half
Exercise
Weight training, work...
November has not been a total bust...I at least maintained my weight loss..I am 177 this morning. No..I did not exercise in the manner in which I accustomed..but did however exercise in a different manner. My mental state is fabulous and my self esteem and libido are quite healthy..I am quite done being celibate...that 3 year stint is over..
I am ready for November..and ready to lose weight again..I think I just needed a break from calorie counting, severe exercise and general "control"......I am however..ready for "boot camp"...bring it on!!

Surfergirl, Katryna, Lynee...everyone...you all did so well this month...Congrats!!! _________________ Flap-a-doodle-kick-a-poodle-kitty-kitty-cow-cow ~ Fat Freddy's Cat |

Ok...I have to know...what messed up your metabolism and how was it fixed? You know my story....Depo provera and a vegetarian diet messed up mine, both are corrected and I'm returning to normal.
I want to to know because I care about yOu and it may help me too.
