Day 2....sticking with plan except for the fact that my bike is in the shop...so I went walking instead..and lifted weights

I've asked man candy to walk me home from work tonight because my bike is in the shop..and I work in a scary neighborhood..if he doesn't show up I'm going to be upset....but we also need to take a break from each other for a few..

hopefully I won't get shanked on the way home when he doesn't show up.

Man Candy is no longer in my life...tho all his stuff is here and he will need to pick it up when I am able to look him in the face...had a talk with his best friend last night and it's over...don't feel the need to go into details...it was fun while it lasted..

I walked home and I am fine.

I am not going to freak out and go off plan..if anything I am going to be introverted in my real life and concentrate on exercise and fitness...and reaching the next goal..then I might come out of my shell again..for now I am going to hide in my cave.

He has a bunch of clothing and his man bag-man purse thing here with all his stuff in it.

He called 5 times yesterday and I didn't pick the phone up..then he came into work and all I said was "paper or plastic"

He wants to "talk"...but all he wants is his stuff I imagine..and I don't want to see him right now.

I'm sad and my throat hurts and I have the sniffles...tis my day off and I want to wallow in self pity.

I weigh 176 today..so that is good..and I drank a couple of glasses of wine last night from stress..I screwed up already.

Can you get his best friend to take his stuff to him. At least that way you don't have to deal with him...and perhaps he will leave you alone.

Don't be too hard on yourself y0u, emotional turmoil is a tough one to beat down...if wine is the worst of it than you're doing good. Take a long hot bubble bath and try to relax.

I think I will go to the second hand store and look for skirts to wear...shopping always cheers me up...and it's sunny out...will get on my bike that is all fixed up now.

Bravo....When It Rains reminds me of a relationship long ago when I was sure I busted an ovary...took a long time to recover. I really think it was a muscle, but it felt much more serious, and that was a weird place to pull a muscle.

I cancelled my date..I have the most painful ear infection..I am going crazy..I put some oil of oregano in there..hopefully that will work.

I am now deaf in one ear. Cry

I got sick last month with pneumonia and now this...I am chalking it up to eating and drinking poorly...otherwise I rarely get sick myself...I also handle money all day and have people coughing all over me.

The oil of oregano is working a bit..the sharp pain is gone but I definitely have hearing loss and ringing..and gooey crap in my throat. I will keep man candy at bay..he doesn't need to get sick or see me like this....and if he did get sick..I would take care of him before myself..that is just how I am. Yup

Actually had some left over chicken soup in the frig..just finished it..not really hungry for much..fever is 101..oh well..back to bed for me..with my kitty Athena.

Roast is delicious and succulent...tasty beyond belief..Man candy ate a LOT of it..which is good..makes me happy. Will have lots of roast to eat on for a few days.

Got a good nights rest..so did man candy. Slept in until 10:30..

I am back to 175 this morning..which makes me really happy...Having some coffee and then I will do push-ups and weight training. There is no chance of a bike ride today..the rains have started for the winter...rides will be few and far between..so it's time to bump up the weights and whatever I can do for my legs..maybe squats again..although I hate them.

I am hungry this morning even though I ate a huge hubk of meat last night and a salad...will eat early today I think.

Sounds like you are in ketosis again and on a weight loss spree. I should be starting a weight loss spree soon. Been stalled a few days here. I've been good.

I am deaf in one ear since my ear infection..work should be fun. I am already hearing impaired.

I am going to try really really hard to get into the 160's this month..I don't think it's too late..If I could even do it by my birthday I would be elated.

Asked man candy to stay away from my walnut fruit tarts so if I crave wine or sweets I have something to snarf down that is "safe". I got him 2 GIANT bags of salted shell on peanuts..his favorite food..as a bribe...(I'm not as dumb as I look) Grin
