Menu: eggs, bacon, eggs, cream, coffee

Still trying to eliminate those cravings. Had about 2700 calories yesterday by eating an additional steak and about 1/2 cup of heavy cream to avert cravings and thoughts of cheating. Still 196.2 this morning for 4 days in a row. My thoughts are that maybe it was the chili spices in the meat? Don't know. The sour cream that went with it? Dairy doesn't trigger cravings for me and never has. Oh well, lesson learned.

i think she got a little tired of me asking the waiter a lot of questions.
i ended up getting squid and vegetables in some kind of chili basil sauce.  i will probably get cravings tomorrow.

but before i left i had a small hunk of beef. :)
oh and i didn't have any coffee this morning.

day 5
beef (2x)
sea salt
squid in a chili broth.

Are we done drinking this stuff now? I still have some in the bottle. It is so pretty and red and jewel-like, and tastes light and delectible. I do not want to enjoy this. I want to loose even more weight.
See the fish on the Ticker below? He is not moving, not swimming to a lesser number. I do believe I have stalled.

i had two glasses of wine tonight.

i had a date that was so much fun, tonight!
met a new gal and she took me for a ride on her motorcycle!
it was a blast!

day 6:
eggs & pork belly
beef
lightly breaded pork cutlets with bacon.
there were sauteed onions on them, but i tried to eat around them.
the menu didn't say the pork chops were breaded!
2 glasses of white wine
2 bites of some kind of farmer's cheese.
a bite of a tomato

i went to a restaurant tonight.
i didn't do too badly, but i could have done better.
the only steak option was filet mignon and i don't like that cut.

Sorry all,

Been MIA...
The shootings/killings in Killeen TX, Fort Hood - were within 2 miles of my house.
Barely coffee & mostly water.
Food sounds sickening at the moment.

Exercise...pacing...worrying...

Will try to touch base back daily. ~Cheryl

I'm glad you are eating well, and yOu must smell good like oregano.

Oregano oil probably helps the nyquil be more pleasant!

I just bought a couple single packets of nyquil gel caps..I hate taking that stuff..it just masks the symptoms..but also helps me sleep..which I was unable to do.

Oregano smelling indeed..this stuff is amazing though..I can tell my ear infection is getting better already.

Getting sick was meant to happen..it sort of forced me to get back on track.

I can take nyquil capsule form, I love it's properties! it's that liquid taste that gets me! May need some soon, my throat is hurt-ing! BF tried to give me his nyquil last night but it was that liquid jar. I should have done it.
Making Jewish medicine of chicken soup (skin on, lots of fat, that's the secret of the healing properties in case some didn't know) to help. Going to get an organic chicken after this post. Will post my day 8 foods later.

Day 9

Food
Roast beef with butter
small salad with romaine and tomato
gorgonzola dressing

Exercise, 30 squats and weight training, 50 push-ups, work...hoping for a booty call..we'll see.

Oh...back at 175 this morning...there is still hope this month for the 160's...or by my birthday.

Still sick..deaf in one ear..fever..going to work anyway..other co-workers are sick as well...I can pull off a 6 hour shift.
