1 pound ground turkey or chicken (very good with ground beef)
1 tsp onion powder (or chopped onnions would work)
1/8 tsp. garlic powder or 1 minced garlic clove
1/4 c tomato sauce (up to 1/2 c)
2 teaspoons granular Splenda (eek!! i know)
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
cook the turkey. add the other stuff. simmer it for a little while to blend the flavors. eat it.
this is a play on a LC recipe I used to make and love.. now i love this too and its so easy!

Mina, I'm sure you could leave out the Splenda, and it would taste even better!
BTW, thanks for all the recipes. They all look so good! _________________ When the power of love overcomes the love of power, the world will know peace.
